But, wait! He is! He is half white, raised by white grandparents, given an Ivy League education any white child would desire, yet people still consider him a black man. Could it be he continues his rhetoric of associating himself with the poor, down trodden black folk? What does he know about living the life of a black man? Absolutely nothing. What he does do is lie, and lie often.

If he was considered a white man people would be rioting in the streets screaming for his impeachment for his treasonous acts, his repetitive violations of the Constitution which he swore an oath to uphold, for his thuggish bullying and corrupt behavior, for selling out the American people.

Obama is taking us on the fast train to hell and people are still drinking the kool aid. “I voted for a black man. I’m not a racist.” Well screw them. Call me a racist. Call me a bigot. Call me a Right Wing Extremist. I don’t vote for a person based on the color of their skin, but on the content of their character. Obama is lacking in character. He is a traitor to our country and to the American people.

It is time people opened their eyes, stopped being ashamed of their own skin, stop feeling vindicated for any misplaced guilt that caused them to vote for a man they knew absolutely nothing about.

Educate yourselves:

President Barack Obama's Orwellian rhetoric has become absolutely pathological. And it's become so blatant that you can almost guarantee that the truth is the exact opposite of what he says. To wit:

The president insisted he had no intention of taking over Chrysler and General Motors.

He did.

The president calls "cap-and-trade" environmental legislation a "market-based" approach, based on "sound science."

It is not.

The president claims his health care reform plan is not "socialized medicine."

It is.

He claims it won't harm private insurance.

It will.

He claims service won't be rationed.

But to control costs as he proposes, it must be. (Even top aides concede the point.)

Mr. Obama says he supports "democracy" in Latin America.

How can he? He also supports the Marxist ways of Manuel Zelaya, legally removed from Honduras' presidency by the constitutional actions of the legislative and judicial branches.

And the examples of this president's mythography go on and on.

Some will dismiss Barack Obama's pronouncements merely as "rhetoric" and "posturing." "Everybody does it," they'll say. "It's politics."

But this is different and decidedly more dangerous: The president of the United States says one thing and does another and claims things that cannot possibly be.

Whether by delusion or by design, Barack Obama is being dishonest with the American people. And that is a harbinger of national disaster.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama promised to fix health care and trim the federal budget deficit, all without raising taxes on anyone but the wealthiest Americans. It's a promise he's already broken and will likely have to break again. Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress have already increased tobacco taxes — which disproportionately hit the poor — to pay for extending health coverage to 4 million children in working low-income families.

Now, lawmakers are looking for more revenues to help pay for providing medical insurance to millions more who lack it at a projected cost of $1 trillion over the next decade.

The floated proposals include increasing taxes on alcohol, which could raise $62 billion over the next decade, and a new tax on sugary drinks such as soda, which could raise $52 billion.

Like cigarettes if you don’t partake of a beer or a glass of wine or a glass of soda this tax won’t effect you. But I think most of us do partake of at least one of these beverages. Just remember the next time you drink a glass of soda that Obama lied to you. And you are being taxed.

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said negotiators are still looking for revenue alternatives. Asked during an interview with The Associated Press if they included tax increases on families with incomes less than $250,000 a year, Schumer said, "There are lots of things on the table now."

"We're all going to have to contribute," said Eugene Steuerle, a former treasury official in the Reagan administration and now vice president of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation.

What happened to “No taxes on those making less than $250,000?

"Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes," Obama told a crowd in Dover, N.H., last year.

 The federal budget deficit is projected to hit an unprecedented $1.8 trillion this year — on top of a national debt that has already topped $11 trillion. Obama insists that any bill on health care or climate change not add to the debt.

Obama says much of the $1 trillion needed for his health care overhaul will come from cutting costs. So far, drug companies and hospitals have agreed to provide 10-year savings of $235 billion.

Health care experts say cost cutting alone won't produce enough money to insure the nearly 50 million Americans who lack coverage. Moreover, Congress is obligated to follow budget rules that might not recognize many of the promised savings.

I think we can all figure out that the remaining $765 billion is going to come out of our pockets. But remember he said…

"The administration has an extremely difficult educational problem on its hands," said Henry J. Aaron, a health care expert at the Brookings Institution. "They understand that at some point tax increase are going to be necessary across the board.

"Yes, for the middle class, too," he added.

Obama made a firm tax pledge during the presidential campaign, repeating it numerous times in the weeks and months leading up to Election Day: no tax increases for individuals making less than $200,000 a year or couples making less than $250,000.

"Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes," Obama told a crowd in Dover, N.H., last year.

But less than a month after taking office, Obama signed an expansion of child health care financed by 62-cent tax increase on each pack of cigarettes.

Obama also signed an anti-smoking bill in June that grants authority to the Food and Drug Administration to regulate tobacco. To pay for the new program, a fee is being imposed on the industry — and presumably passed on to consumers — estimated to generate more than $5 billion over the next decade.

And where do you honestly think this is going to come from? Why, of course, the taxpayers, including those making less than $250k yr.

While not directly increasing taxes, a House-passed version of Obama's plan to reduce greenhouse gases blamed for causing global warming would similarly increase American families' home energy bills.

On average every family will pay an additional $2,600 per year in utility bills. That is a tax folks! Dress it up, take it out, it is still going to hurt millions of families making less than $250k yr. Yep, that’s you and me.

The appeal of Baucus's proposed tax on health benefits was the amount of money it could raise. Currently, employer-provided health benefits are not taxed, regardless of how generous they are.

One version of it would tax health benefits that exceed the value of the basic insurance plan offered to federal workers, raising about $420 billion over the next decade, according to the nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation. But limiting it to individuals making more than $100,000 a year and couples making more than $200,000 would raise only $162 billion.

The math illustrates how difficult it is to raise enough money to pay for expensive programs, when tax increases are limited to the wealthy.

Which means they will have to tax everyone (that includes you) to pay for their hairbrained ideas for socialized medicine which people don’t want.

"We're living in an era, over a period of 20 years or more, in which the idea that tax rates would actually be boosted is unutterable," said Aaron, the health care expert. "That has to stop."

Barack Obama is less of a person than an image— a brand. People see whatever they want as they do on a Rorschach test. But does anyone really know him?

• A man mentored by and still supported by radical Muslims.
• A man who promised transparency in government, but has spent over a million dollars in legal fees hiding information that would determine his eligibility to be President.

• A man who arrived in New York in June of 1981 without enough money to get a hotel room, but one month later flew to Indonesia and Pakistan.

• A former State and U.S. Senator, who never authored a piece of legislation.
• A disciple of the Marxist Saul Alinsky.

• A man who had the most left-wing voting record in the United State Senate, but was predicted by the press to “govern from the middle.”
• A man who has never created a job, met a payroll, or even operated a lemonade stand, but wants to tell Detroit how to make cars.
• A President who has never before served as an executive in either the private or the public sector.
• A Commander-in-Chief who doesn’t know how to shoot a rifle, throw a hand-grenade, drive a tank, fly a plane, or con a ship.
• A Commander-in-Chief who has publicly divulged some of our nation’s most important intelligence secrets.
• A man who has been put in charge of the largest economic engine that ever existed, but has never invested in the stock market and admits total ignorance of it.
• A President who says that science will guide his administration, but has no education in the sciences.

• A man who added more to the National Debt in 100 days than all other Presidents did in the past 220 years, yet feels qualified to lecture Americans about “fiscal responsibility”.

• The first American President to bow before a foreign head of state—a Muslim dictator.

• A President who claims the moral high ground by closing Gitmo yet supports the transfer of terror suspects to countries where horrific torture is certain.
• A President who scoffed at being called a socialist yet acted to nationalize the auto industry, the banking industry, and the insurance industry . . . and now seeks to nationalize the healthcare industry.
• A President who violates private property rights, the sanctity of contracts, and the rule of law—three essential principles that go back over a thousand years in the Common Law tradition.
• A man who promised 95% of all Americans a tax cut, but is increasing taxes on 100% of the population through inflation—the cruelest tax of all.
• A lawyer who represented ACORN—an organization now indicted in several states for voter fraud—whose stated goal is to get as many people on welfare as possible in order to destroy our financial system.
• A President who cheated GM’s bondholders by giving their property to the UAW in a political payoff.
• An American President who frequently criticizes his own country when speaking in foreign countries, but never praises America’s generosity, goodness or greatness.
• A President whose Secretary of the Treasury cheated on his taxes—as did several other appointees and advisors.
• A President who, despite the current federal debt of 100 trillion dollars, wants to add the greatest debt ever by nationalizing healthcare.
• A President who scoffs at being called a socialist, yet has appointed 28 “Czars” to circumvent constitutional government, including:
• A “Science Czar” who has advocated compulsory abortions for American women and the “surrender of sovereignty” to a “comprehensive Planetary Regime.”
• A self-professed communist as his “Green Jobs Czar”.
• A “Pay Czar” to regulate the pay of corporate executives.
• A President who swore an oath to “preserve, protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” yet has nominated a domestic enemy of the Constitution to the Supreme Court.
• A President whose Homeland Security Chief classified pro-lifers, veterans, and supporters of traditional marriage as terrorists.
• A President who stood silent while the Iranian government hacked unarmed protestors to death with axes, because it was an internal matter, but freely offers his opinions about the internal affairs of Israel and Honduras.
• A President who decreed that true acts of terrorism must now be described as “man-made disasters.”
• A President who cracks hurtful jokes about Special Olympians.
• A President who refused to intercept or inspect a North Korean ship virtually certain to be carrying Weapons of Mass Destruction toBurma.
• A President who wants to cancel all missile defenses while rogue nations are developing long-range ballistic missiles.
• An American President who blames the violence in Mexico on America.
• A Commander in Chief who claims to have been unaware that Air Force One was taken on a terrifying, low-level photo-op over Manhattan.
• A President who berates American CEO’s for flying in private planes at private expense on company business, but whose wife spends hundreds of thousands tax payer dollars flying to Paris for a shopping spree.
• A President who promised a transparent administration, but requires all questions be screened before “impromptu” appearances.
• A man who freely admitted that his energy policies are designed to bankrupt the American coal industry.
• A President who has presided over the loss of 14.7 million jobs and whose “energy policy” will cause the loss of another 1 million jobs.
• A President whose “energy policy” will increase the average American’s utility bills by over $2,000 a year in the middle of the Great Recession.
• A man about whom liberal journalist Tom Brokaw said, “There’s a lot about him we don’t know.” . . .just one week before the election.

The vast majority of Americans do not know who he is, but someone surely does. Someone paid for his travel expenses to Pakistan and Indonesia. Someone engineered legal challenges to all of his election opponents for the State Senate and had them disqualified. Someone straightened and leveled his path to the U.S. Senate when a Democrat Judge made public the child custody records of his Republican opponent. When he was a candidate for the U.S. Senate, someone arranged for him to speak at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Someone saw to it that all of his records were sealed, both at home and abroad. Someone assembled the massive organization for his run for the Presidency. Someone knows all about him.

What everyone knows:

Most of America knows (beyond any reasonable doubt) that Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama) is not Constitutionally eligible to hold the office of President of the United States (POTUS) and Commander in Chief (CinC) (per Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution of the U.S.).        

Most of America also knows (beyond any reasonable doubt) that the members of Congress (all 535 of them), the Federal Courts, the Supreme Court, and ALL the Media (including FNC) are either ‘in the tank for’ or ‘paid off or intimidated by’ the illegitimate, criminal and Treasonous presumed President and Commander in Chief, Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama) and his coterie of thugs.

Origins, history, and applicability of the citizen’s Grand Jury:

The 5th Amendment of our U.S. Constitution provides that: … ‘No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury.’ It doesn’t say ‘Federal’ Grand Jury, a ‘Grand Jury called and impaneled by a Judge, Special Prosecutor, or District Attorney’, nor does it say a ‘Government impaneled’ Grand Jury.

The concept of a Citizen’s Grand Jury dates all the way back to the Magna Carta in 1215, and was included by the founders in our Constitution and Bill of Rights as a means for the people to reign-in an elected government run amok. It goes without saying that when a government is committing criminal and un-Constitutional acts, it can hardly be relied upon to bring charges and indictments against itself. Justice Antonin Scalia, in a 1992 ruling stated:

"Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history, … the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right.."

"In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people."

Thus is the situation that we Americans find ourselves in now – the proverbial ‘fox’ is in charge of the ‘henhouse’, and it is devouring the rooster, the hens, the chickens, and their eggs – on a daily basis!

Well if you have taken the time to read this then maybe, just maybe, you have opened your eyes just a little. Put down that glass of kool aid and realize we are in deep crap here people.

 Obama is not Ghandi reincarnate. He is a lying, treasonous, traitorous piece of excrement. It is time to WAKE UP!, RISE UP!, and DEMAND that Obama and his cronies in DC tender their resignation or face the same fate as the Honduran Dictator Zelaya.
