 Now let me get this straight: You hired a man with virtually no experience, and mysterious past who might not even be a natural born citizen to be your president... and who derives all his experience from the seat of all corruption.. Chicago. His first act was try to give a trillion of your dollars to Wall Street crooks with absolutely no accountability and he is still trying mightily.. The people who already got your money were caught trying to buy a jet plane bought outside your country. The parties who have received your money and spent it are already legend. We think that within six months the next monies will be partied out and they will be back for more!

 His nominee for Sec of the Treasury is a tax evader. He was confirmed nevertheless. The next three whom he nominated were all tax evaders. Two of them had to withdraw on the same day. Your President promised that absolutely no lobbyists would be part of his administration. Already three of the biggest lobbyists in the country are on his team. Who fed you Americans a whopping dose of stupid? We grieve for the loss of your Constitution, common sense, and morality. I doubt if the Crown would take you back.

A Declaration of the People of the United States of America

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the Citizens of the United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to remove from office those who have systematically violated the Laws of the Land and restore their former Systems of Government. The history of the present United States Federal Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

The Federal Government has failed to Incorporate against the Fifty States the entire Bill of Rights and other Natural Rights.

The Federal Government has ceded the sovereignty of the United States and it's rule of law, specifically, the Constitution, to a world authority comprised largely of Nations whose legal doctrines run contrary to those of the United States.

The Federal Government has usurped authority not granted to the Federal Government by the Constitution to engage in unwarranted spending and onerous taxation for the purpose of expanding the size and scope of the Government and increasing its power over the People.

Branches of the Federal Government have illegally ceded authority to another branch of government, and Branches have accepted that authority thus dispensing with the inherent system of checks and balances.

The Federal Government has refused to enforce the Supreme Law of the Land in spite of the overwhelming demands of the Populace to do so.

The Federal Government has failed, on the part of elected officials, to uphold their Sacred Oaths to Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States.

The Federal Government has deliberately and systematically made efforts to devalue the currency of the United States of America against the wishes of the overwhelming majority of the Populace.

The Federal Government has deliberately abrogated treaties with other Sovereign Nations.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Representative Government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

And as a free people who cherish the rule of law and the Liberty that affords, We the People require the following:

That the Concept of Sovereign Immunity is invalid. The People must be able to hold those who have chosen to serve the People, whether elected or appointed, accountable in a Court of Law.

That no Legislation may be passed without Sponsors citing Article, Section and Clause of the Constitution in order to establish its Constitutional validity.

That all Rights acknowledged in the Bill of Rights and other Rights are immutable and thus cannot be superceded by any Legislation, for we understand that a Right that can be taken away or curtailed is not a Right but a Privilege.

That no Branch of government has the Constitutional authority to cede any of its Powers to either of the other branches for any reason, nor does any Branch have the authority to accept power offered by either of the other two branches..

That all existing Federal Laws be reviewed by the Judiciary for the purpose of repealing all laws which cannot be defended Constitutionally.

That all obligations and tasks defined by the Constitution for the various branches of the Federal Government must be met, and that these obligations specifically enumerated therein comprise the sum total of tasks in which the Federal Government may engage.

That the currency of the United States of America be backed by tangible assets in the way of commodities with intrinsic value, that the system of fiat currency be immediately eliminated, and that only the Treasury, as so ordered and authorized by Congress, mint or print currency for or issue credit on behalf of the United States of America.

But first I want to thank all my comrades who sat on their arses watching Dancing With The Stars and drinking their beer instead of getting up off their sorry behinds and taking a few minutes to vote.

I want to thank the former Republican Party for straying from their core conservative values and recruiting moderates and RINOs into the party who thought it more important to reach across the aisle than to stand up for the American people, The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence, and freedom. Thank you for sitting up there collecting your paychecks while letting the socialist liberals take over and destroy all that we held dear.

It took only 16 days for President Obama to break his campaign promise not to raise taxes on the poor. When President Obama signed the SCHIP bill, increasing the excise tax on Tobacco products by 156%, he raise taxes on 55% of smokers who are the “working poor” and the 25% of smokers who live below the poverty line. This bill is to provide health care to many of these smokers’ children. If he cared about the health of these children, the purpose of the cigarette tax would be to deter smoking because many children from homes of smokers require expensive medical care for respiratory symptoms. How is President Obama going to pay for a program when the source for funding the program will dwindle by design? How many days till President Obama breaks another campaign promise?

My understaning of the SCHIP is that if the states accept money from this SCHIP fund they will only be funded for the first year. After that the state must carry the burden of this bill. Yet the government will keep the .61 per pack tax increase.

Our illustrious Govenor Perdue wants to add an additional $1.00 per pack tax increase on top of Obumnuts .61 tax. Many more states will follow to offset the cost of this descriminatory legislation.

Now to most states this is a non-issue. But here in NC tobacco built this state and has contributed heavily to health care, built hospitals, funded others, not to mention funding of schools, the arts, revitalizatin projects, just about anything you can think of R.J. Reynolds has funded in this state. And now Ms. Perdue wants to put them out of business, not to mention all the small tobacco farmers who make heir living growing burley. How stupid can a politician be?

ACORN Getting ‘Political Payoff’-- WAKE UP GOP!!

Our representatives need to be screaming from the roof tops.

We (the collective society Americana) have continually, term after term, re-elected the same politicians back into office who spend each of their terms lying and screwing us. We have rewarded those who steal our money and support our enemies.

The same "we" turned-down a Mormon for the office of the President, because he was Mormon, and put a Muslim in his place. How smart is that? Yes, we are America's worst enemy because in the machinery of Democracy we did at one time control our own destiny. We spend $338 billion dollars a year on illegal Mexican invaders, while American citizens go poor and hungry. We allow ourselves to be hoodwinked by a Marxist "stimulus package" giving a dozen banks $150 billion tax dollars, the same rotten thieves who hired more than 21,800 foreign workers the past six years for upper level management positions with an average salary of $90,721. Getting YOUR tax dollars for putting Americans out of work! Brilliant! We sit quietly and allow socialist Nancy Pelosi to spend $120,000.00 round-trip every week aboard a taxpayer funded 200 seat luxury jetliner (with family members) at an annual cost of $6,240,000 while she b*tches about Republicans overspending. Nice.

We allow the new pro-Islamic Marxist Presidency to establish a civilian expeditionary workforce to train and deploy American civilians overseas in support of worldwide military operations. Huh?

We slaughter children with impunity on the abortion table but consider hanging a murdering tyrant "barbaric." Our brave military forces are "invaders" while murdering Muslims are regarded as "victims." "We" didn't put up a fight when God was removed from public schools, and aren't putting up a fight now that Islamic teaching in those same schools has taken God's place.

We voted communists and Muslims into our Senate and Congress. We say nothing when liberal media and elected anti-American politicians we voted into office degrade our fine military people before the alter of global television in front of our enemies. We sacrificed independent sovereignty in favor of multi-culturalism and diversity.

Isn't it amazing what WE can do when WE put our minds to it?

We have decided to reduce the importance of marriage by including the perverted act of homosexuality. We have allowed pornography to expand under some convoluted idea of free speech, and we have allowed our young daughters to take birth control medications under another convoluted idea that she is a responsible adult capable of "free" sex. We allow these same daughter's to dress like street whores, and our sons to swagger in gang clothing fashion. We allow the communist founded ACLU to stab our laws with impunity; the same atheist b*****ds who are working diligently to remove all religious symbols from federal property, and "In God We Trust" from our money.

WE have driven jobs overseas because WE prefer to buy cheap foreign made goods instead of the more expensive American made items that would keep jobs on our shore; then WE b*tch about the loss of jobs. We have allowed foreign representatives of foreign governments to purchase our land and our businesses, a practice not allowed in most foreign countries.

We have chosen to neglect our children, our flag, and our God, and in all this WE wonder what has become of the America of our parents. Yes, the collective "we" have destroyed this great country because we sat quietly and allowed it, and in most cases supported it because "we" became lazy. We forgot freedom is never free, and we forgot how to fight for it. We allowed this because we live ordinary lives most of the time and weren't vigil to the forces wanting "change."

I could continue, but hopefully you get the message. Unless you want your grandchildren living in a Marxist and/or Muslim cesspool, it's time to pay attention and begin to scream-back at the losers who have taken control of our nation.
